Uh, well, I know this :-) - I just noted that you happened to answer a
very large amount of questions with "oh, all is easy if you use the
Called-ID-Patch" - even in some cases where there was a different way to
achieve that goal...

Neither was, but in 1.1.21, both will be set (I just call
"setup_environment" before the new_fax call - that's what I'd suggest 
for doing in vgetty as well).
