Sendfax doesn't include headers.  Faxspool does.

Interesting effect, never seen this, but it's a theoretical possibility
(the receiver said "let's measure the line quality again, but don't resend
the previous page").  Pretty harmless.

Set "ignore-carrier yes" in sendfax.config.

That has been discussed on the mailing list - it happens if the G3 file is
too long.
