Buy a better modem. Apart from that, I already realized this problem
and fixed the bug. It's really high time for me to release a new
vgetty version... the way is to copy the voice_mode_on function from
IS_101.c to Multitech.c and crop off the +FCLASS from the response.
By the way this modem answer is broken.
