Hmmm, imagine someone standing in the middle of a croud, having a small
problem, and *SHOUTING* every sentence out LOUD.

Using normal english grammar, with the occasional question mark.

Exclamation marks are used for, hmm, exclamations, which the normal
sentence usually is not.  Especially since what you wrote was wrong 
(I had checked Griz' pages before, and there WAS new documentation).
