ELSA MicroLink with voice library

It seems to be a problem of the right directory. After copying all relevant
script-files to /var/spool/voice/ 'dtmf.sh' works.

Where can I get the rsynth 2.0-package using by 'dtmf.sh'/'speakdate.sh'?
Is there a german version too?
