I do not maintain that file, but I will have a closer look at it. I
thought it is only recommending modems for data/fax and nothing is
said about voice. Gert?

I also thought about setting up something to register vgetty users
via some WWW interface. The idea is, that you can register your modem
and click on some ranking for that modem, so that others can then
check this database and find out more details about the modem or
persons to contact for further questions. I would like to do this as
an open database, that everyone can update. I know of the risks of
something like this. The question is, how many people in the world
are just interested in destroying things, so that such a thing will
not live very long. Any comments anyone?
