other Linux archives.

When I installed my version years ago, there was only an english
version, but I think, there was no real reason, why there shouldn't
be a german one. I always wanted to switch over from rsynth to
festival, which is a far better. There are also debian/redhat
packages for festival and support for different languages. I think, I
didn't do it in the end, because of the size and complexity of the
package. I someone wants to try it and report the result, I would
appreciate it. As far as I remember, it was easy to find the main
festival site, but maybe someone knows it.
