There are lots of debug information, both from mgetty and ipppd.
We need this data, otherwise we can not really offer meaningful advice.
Just so much: you know that to use ISDN PPP (synchronous PPP) with ipppd,
you don't need mgetty at all? And, on the other hand, to do PPP over
ISDN/X.75 calls (which is what mgetty handles), you would not use ipppd
but the normal pppd.
