ringback confusion (v 1.1.9)

It does have the correct address for the mailing list, but it is *OLD*, and
thus the internet URLs changed somewhat in the meantime.  Nevertheless,
the www.leo.org address still works.

Upgrade to 1.1.10 or higher (1.1.14 is the current version). 

1.1.9 does not work with RH 5.0 (problems with signal handling).
