Can't compile mgetty on Redhat 5.0

	The 5.1 release would explain why they were so happy give away
*lots* of 5.0 CDs at my user's group meeting, recently.

	Anyway, I downloade the 1.1.14 source today, compiled, installed,
and successfully used it.  I had the debug set to 3, so I'm not sure if
anyone got an earful of squeals or not.
