mesg off for /AutoPPP/

I just did a wall, and, one of the PPP sessions:

Looks like AutoPPP does not set mesg to off. I didn't find any option
to pppd for this, so maybe this should be done by mgetty (same for /Fido/,
maybe add a new settings ?)
