Can't compile mgetty on Redhat 5.0

That's it.  All in there.

Well, if you want mgetty+sendfax, you could have started with
"mgetty1.1.14", and then surprisingly find sendfax in there as well.

It's documented somewhere.  Feel free to send me diffs to improve the
available documentation.
