Can't compile mgetty on Redhat 5.0

While I have found that host now, it definitely does not carry 1.1.14
(Dunno what you mean if you say "1.4", there is no such version).

All it has is 1.0.0, which is what you would expect, given that the
Sunsite master also only carries 1.0.0...
