mgetty + Multitech (error FHNG:71)

Does this only happen for one specific sending fax?  Or for everything
that tries to send to you?

Basically this means "I don't want to talk to the other end" (and there is
nothing mgetty can do about it), but *why* this is so is hard to say.
Could be a problem on the sending side (maybe there's a Sportster on the
other end?), could be a firmware problem in your modem.

There has been some reports of bad firmware versions for recent Multitech
modems on the mgetty list lately.
