Hard to say. How does it look like? Small, and mis-shaped, somewhat like
a crumpled pack of cigarretes, just a bit larger? Then it's a Sportster.
If it's a big (approx. 4 by 8 inches, or so) rectangular flat box with
lots of LEDs on the front panel, it's likely to be a Courier. Couriers
are quite good.
What does the "ati3" command tell you? On my courier, it says:
ati3
USRobotics Courier V.Everything
-- in any case, sorry for being harsh, I didn't know 3com in the mean time
managed to hide the product name (maybe because "Sportster" is now known
to be crap?).
