Excellent.  Just one small comment/request...

One piece of information that does not appear to be available is the
caller name.  In the UK, this can be used to differentiate between calls
where the number is withheld and unavailable.  There are also other
interesting messages like "PAYPHONE" and "INTERNATIONAL".

This extra information allows greater control to be exercised with
cnd-program (especially in the future where how the call is answered
will be added).
