Doesn't sound like a "conflict between ttyS and ttyI" -- why should there
be any?  They point to different hardware devices, no conflicts possible.

Besides this, it sounds more like an ifcico configuration problem.
"/dev/isdn2" is definitely no proper device... - but for the exact log
file analysis, you should ask the ifcico experts.
