Email to fax

Hi all,

Does anyone have any specific examples of a script or setup that will do
either email-to-fax (eg fax is emailed to +123-456@fax.domain.com) or
unattended print-to-fax (picking the faxnumber from the file, eg
"faxnumber: +123-456").

I have someone who has asked whether they can create a script to fax
from a Windows webserver to mgetty.

Possible?
