there is no reason why it shouldn't hndle it. it's just an incoming
connection. there is no cheaper way at this moment. you _mut_ have ISDN
installed at home to use it.

if you can, use ISDN only instead of V90. V90 can be slow, is asymmetric,
can and will retrain. also, ISDN solutions are cheaper if you get the
el-cheapo cards or, say an TA 128 from ZyXEL. 
do you really need to support V90 ?
