Supra 288/336 Data/Fax Receive problems

Yes, I asked Supra(now diamond, modemtech@diamondmm.com).  You have to
go though an automated response.  If you want to ask a tech support
question, it has to have a magic number subject line.  Currently it's
9999998.  I don't know if that changes.
