Found some.  Thanks for your help, and thanks to Christopher Lang at
3com/USR, who picked up my mail and forwarded it to just about everybody
:-) involved in Courier/Courier I-Modem development.

I think things are rolling now, and if all goes well, I'll start
complaining about the Sportsters...
