Some modem drivers have been updated, but the generic stuff is fairly
unchanged.

As time permits.  1.1.21 is pending, containing some more low-level 
driver fixes/enhancements, and a few new features.  Release date unknown,
maybe start of July.

(I got most of my stuff done, just the "ring handler rewrite" is missing)
