Return values of the CND program... Marc, can you help?

Ahh, this is the one I am using. And with this I can only make

	0	accept call
	1	reject call
	257	ignore call

work, but not

	259	more rings needed

Marc, do you have any ideas?

This will only work with Marc's patch, mgetty itself can't do it yet.
