commands via MFV

Hi,

is it possible to use vgetty/mgetty to use
a normal phone to send commands to a pc?

I think of something like this:
- the pc starts automatic when the modem is called (already works)
- then using MFV-dialing-method i call the modem and mgetty
  takes the call
- then i use a defined number/tone-sequenz to initiate a command
- or the number of the calling phone (handy) is used to identify
  the caller and the command is executed.

I want that the pc then disconnects the link and connects
to the Internet via a ISP.

Is this possible with a modem or do i need ISDN. I know there is
something like this in preperation.

Any hints would be appreciated
