use the standard vgetty behaviour to enter a code, then do what you
want in dtmf.sh

for identifying you need CID, but with standard vgetty with code it
should be enough.

in `dtmf.sh' do something like:
`ask for a command'
if command =3D .... then
call delayed-connect and exit voice-shell
...
exit voice-shell=3Ddtmf.sh ends the call, delayed-connect is a simple
script sleeping say 20sec and then calls a standard connect-script.
Finally it is usefull to send a mail (in ip-up) where you have dialed
in, if you use dynamic ip-numbers.
Hope i understood your question.
I have written a small howto on how to set up, unfortunately at the
moment only in german. if you are capable of it ->
