New USR trouble: Recorded GSM - RMD corrupt

Hi again.
A strange problem accured today. Recording via shell-script works fine,
but the recorded usrrmd - files are corrupted after 1 or 2 secs and so
cannot be converted e.g. in pvf.
The strangeness is that this phenomenon did NOT appear when I recorded
via normal vgetty - behaviour. I compared the two vgetty-log - Files
(normal and call_program) and recognized that there is nothing obvious.
All flow-control - settings and other stuff is identical.
Has somebody any idea what might be going on there? As the log-files
might not be effective sources I did not attach them to this message,
but if anyone is interested, I will of course mail them.
Another question I have: The HTML-Doc says that X_ON/X_OFF should do got
job. My settings (according to the log files) are ( HARD XON_IN ). Is
that OK or if not, where is the option to turn off HARD (I tried
policy.h but it's not...)?
Tanks a lot,
Fabian
