Elsa Microlink: can't turn on hardware flow control with vgetty

Hello,

i have a Elsa MicroLink 56K and updated recently the firmware to
'Version 1.59 / 23.02.1999 / D'.With mgetty, all works fine. But when i
try to use vgetty, i get the error, that vgetty canīt turn on hardware
flow control, as you can see in the logfile.
Does anybody know, how i can solve the problem?
