addon 'Message LED (ATX)'

Hmm, this might be offtopic, but...

I want to set the ATX Motherboard 'Message LED' on incoming calls. There
must be a program out there to do this, but I don't know where to get
it....

Is somebody on the list who uses such a program?
Please give me a hint for the programname/ download address.
