I don't think so. And the isdn4linux FAQ doesn't think so either.
Passive ISDN cards CAN NOT DO FAX under Linux. The QuickStep 3000
has a fax chipset on the ISDN card and should theoretically work (but the
driver isn't finished), but as far as I know, the 1000 is just a plain
off-the-shelf passive ISDN card, and those can't do modem and can't do fax
under Linux yet.
