AutoPPP problem

Hi all

I'm trying to use  RedHat 6.0 Linux as a ppp dial in server for Win95
clients.
I'm able to login into the linux box only if I have the - Bring terminal

window after dialing - check box checked. If this checkbox is off, using
so AutoPPP
in /var/log/messages i read the following error message:

"Cannot determine ethernet address for proxy ARP"

In my win95 client I can read the following messagebox:
"connected at 33600 bps"
but if I ping xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx i can read:
request time out.
Is there someone who can help me?
