vgetty OGM is very, very soft

If you have not tried already, AT#TL is the command for transmit level.
You can set it to AT#TL=FFFF i.e. maximum volume. Some stupid
modems don't understand this command though, in which case there
are commands (DLE shielded) to step up the volume.
