If there is a sendfax.config file already there, "make install" will
not create one (even if the file is empty).  So just remove 
sendfax.config, and type "make install" again - or take the sendfax.config
sample file from the mgetty sources.

But it's not strictly required.

This is usually a path question, yes.  Your GUI program doesn't
know how to find faxspool.

Now how to change this?  No idea, never used kfax...
