login.conf documentation

Hi!

I suggest the addition of a line to the login.conf example
file indicating that only up to 9 arguments are passed to
the login program (configurable in login.c, MAX_LOGIN_ARGS).

I realized this only after a strange error message from
pppd when the tenth argument was the number after the kdebug
option.

Even if this is hidden somewhere in the docs, I think
mentioning it in the example file won't harm. Maybe the default
value of MAX_LOGIN_ARGS should be raised, as newer versions of
pppd seem to need more and more args ;-) ?

(-- I was using 1.1.19. 1.1.20 seems to put a warning
into the log, but nonetheless...)
