modem hangs up FHNG:0 while sending the 2nd (or 3rd) page

This modem is violating the class 2 standard - after DLE ETX, it MUST
respond with "OK", or possibly with "+FHNG:<error code>".

+FHNG:0 is NOT a correct response to DLE ETX, especially since the
command for "oh, btw, this was the last page"...

... isn't sent yet.


I'd take this log file, show it to the one who sent you the modem, and
demand a firmware upgrade or money back.
