Sendfax

I'm in a bit of a dellema

I'm using linux as my fulltime OS and need to send faxes regularly
the problem is i've not found anywhere how to use say sendfax to send a
fax of files i work on in wordperfect or some other app.

Is there not a way to setup a printfilter that will convert the document
to the corect format and call sendfax to send it to a number.

please excuse me if this question iritates, i'm not yet fully versed in
linux operation.

I need help on this as i'm tired of having to go to a windows box to
send faxes that were made in linux apps that windows cant understand in
the first place.
