dialin per analog to isdn

I want allow dialin analogous users to my isdn connected SuSE 6.0 Linux
server.

Okay,

1) Run mgetty at /dev/ttyI0 (for the first isdn ippp0 device)
  -  check for "/AutoPPP - a_ppp /usr/sbin/pppd auth" in login.config
2) Config pppd

but,
if I call the number the mgetty don't answer the call.

Have I used the wrong tty device ?
