needed runtime options

I have multiple phone lines, on ISDN, one USR Courrier fax/data, one
Zyxel Omni 288 S voice/fax/data with 3 distinctive rings, and I get
them all to work with a single mgetty.config file and a single copy of 
vgetty.  Why do you need multiple copies of vgetty or mgetty.config?
