Actually, what I am planning is something like this:

  - return <0> - answer immediately
  - return <1> - do not answer at all, never
  - return <2> - "ask me again" -> cnd-program will be called again after
                 next RING, and can then return 0/1/2 again

		 With this, you have all the flexibility you want
		 concerning "after after 7 RINGs" without complicating 
		 the interface further.

If you think there is much demand, one could add:

  - return <10+x> - wait for <x> more RINGs and then pick up


What other functions should be there?
