Init-Sequence for vgetty

Hi.

I tried to configure my modem (ELSA 33.6 TQV) in all files in the
mgetty+sendfax-directory.
This packages works great for my issues but i do not manage to
deactivate the modem-speaker (ATM0L0). It is really nerving every time a
fax is coming....
In which file do i have to place the specified AT-Commands when vgetty
/dev/modem/ is started by inittab?
