The first digit of the caller_id and the whole called_id is missing.

I send a fax from 1429 to xxx.  The ring is correct, but the logs say:

07/19 18:43:33 ##### fax dev=ttyC0, pid=10956, caller='429', name='', id='+49 231 569 1429', +FHNG=000, pages=1/0, time=00:00:43

I wrote a simple cnd-program which dumps only the arguments.  The
logger output is this:
