Hmmm.  I admit we have a problem here - vgetty does switch back to
+FCLASS=0 for the "waiting..." because +FCLASS=8 did cause other problems
for "normal modems".

So it seems we must not switch to +FCLASS=0 for isdn4linux, but we *do*
have to do it for some modems, so this smells like major changes in the
voice part.

I, for my part, do not have time to work on the voice/ stuff, and Marc E.
doesn't have any either.  For Marc S. I can't say, but I'm pretty sure we
need another volunteer to work on this...  patches (-u) are always
welcome.

Maybe it's something we can do with clever isdn4linux "AT" commands, like
"give me a RING for every call type" or so - could you check this with the
i4l docs?
