This is the situation I am expecting to see.  At peak load time of
day, multiple faxes should pile up in the backlog for a single phone
number.  BTW I anticipate about 1400 faxes per day on the
proof-of-concept system, and as much as 3 time that on a full sized
implementation, and most of that activity crammed into about 2 hours
of wall clock time each day.  All the faxes are short -- about a half
page each.
