Problems with receiving fax

Look closer at the log (there are a few lines missing at the end), and
then set "switchbd 19200".

Why this?  The modem can't do class 2.0, so it's not too useful to force
mgetty to use class 2.0...

Except in special cases, always use "auto" here.
