voice: Zyxel 1496 E+, problems with welcome-message

That was it. The modem plays the welcome-message at good quality through
the line now. But the recorded messages are still of very bad quality. Is
there anything I can do?

Btw, why is pvftormd offering 2,3 and 4 bit ADPCM, but only 2 bit works?
