Hi,
standard question number 39: how did you generate those G3 documents
(every single step, right from the program that generates the original
document!), and what comes out of the fax machine at the remote end?
This could be a "ghostscript 3.x mangles the G3 files' width" bug,
which can only be fixed by downgrading gs to 2.x, or postprocessing
all G3 files with "g3topbm file.g3 | pbmtog3 >file-new.g3" (slow,
dumb, but will fix the file).
