I had the same (similiar problem) which occured after upgrading to
a new version of ghostscript. The real fax received just the fax-header,
but nothing that was on the page i wanted to send.
The problem seems to be the pagesize/number of pixels ghostscript
created g3 file. A workaround for me was to add "-sPAPERSIZE=a4" to the
ghostscript call in sendfax...

Gert Doering wrote a nice answers on my news and as always it was
already somewhere in the docs ...
