Rockwell Chipset (was: dropped class 2 support)

does this class of modems (i.e. cheap, using recent rockwell chipsets
that don't do class 2/2.0 fax) support voice correctly? i.e. if all
i want are reliable voice functions and modem operation, can i consider
these things?
