voltage, eh? (images of toggle switches and little hand-crank generators
come to mind... :-) it's too bad you can't program some sequence of DTMF
tones that they could listen for (while still off-hook, of course.)
oh well. although _i_ could probably get used to doing any or all of those
things command oriented things to get my messages, i think it will better
preserve household harmony if i go out and buy an answering machine. :-) :-)
