US Robotics 5601 and vgetty

I hope that vgetty questions are welcomed here...

I just bought a USRobotics 56K Voice Faxmodem for use with my RedHat Linux
4.1 box. It seems to work well with mgetty (thank you), but vgetty
doesn't recognize the voice modem type. I'm including the file
/var/log/vgetty.modem which illustrates the problem. Any help in getting
this to work will be appreciated. (My voice.conf file is largely untouched;
would there be any parameter that needs tweeking?)
