data call and greeting-message

Then vgetty *SHOULD* recognize the calling modem and stop the voice
greeting! Does it? Or is it now broken, as Matthias reported. He
said it used to work, but no longer does. I do not know, as I did not
understand the new behaviour of these modems, and I just this weekend
upgraded my vgetty to the latest version. BTW I am using a Zyxel
omni288s for voice traffic. What was Matthias using? Could it be a
device particular driver problem, or a general problem?
